£7Tuesday night Zumba classes with Marika are a real treat for everyone and anyone!
The classes are specially designed as fitness classes with squats, lunges, and core work exercises, to condition your muscles, increase stamina, and boost your energy,
They are full of fun with a mix of high and low-energy dance moves, such as salsa, flamenco, cha-cha, reggaeton, merengue, etc.,
An all-around dance-fitness experience worth trying.

– Price for 2 classes in a week = £ 12.00
